How soon will the item be dispatched?
Once cleared funds are received the item will be dispatched on the same working day (Mon-Fri), where possible.
How will the item be sent?
Items are sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Interlink Express. Once the item is shipped we are in the hands of the shipping companies, Please Be Patient.
I have not received the item after a week since the purchase date, what do I do?
Please check with other household members to see if they have the item, if this is not the case check with the local Post office/Parcelforce as they may be holding the item for redelivery.
Why are the postage costs more than I expected?
Postage costs also include the packaging, labour, and other various costs associated with the sale of the product. We do try and keep our costs down however please do not think the shipping is the price of a stamp.
What locations do you post to?
We currently only post within the UK. Standard rates apply to most items, this includes small and medium items to N.Ireland please contact us prior to purchasing if you require the shipping of large items to places like the Highlands of Scotland and N.Ireland.

Can I collect an item that I have purchased?
You may collect any product however the item must be paid for ON COLLECTION as the PayPal and credit card rules require signed for delivery. We will of course give you our cheapest price from our counter less the shipping but the item can only be paid for on collection.
What are your postage requirements?
If payment is made via Paypal the POSTAL ADDRESS MUST BE CONFIRMED due to the eBay and Paypal shipping policies. We do NOT ship until it is confirmed, please ask for help if needed. Purchases via credit card over the telephone can only be shipped to the cardholders billing address without exception.
Are there any HIDDEN EXTRAS to pay when I purchase like VAT etc?
Other than the cost of shipping and/or insurance there are no hidden charges. The Price You See Is The Price You Pay
What happens with an extended warranty such as an On-Site warranty?
Many of our products carry extended or on site warranty periods which we make the customer aware of. These are offered by the manufacturer or similar. Please note that this warranty is not offered or implied as part of the contract with ourselves, please make sure you are happy with the conditions before purchase. This does not affect your warranty other than our 7 day return to base from the receipt of the goods.
