Product Marketing Assistant
Wage:- NMW to start
Computer Technology. is based in Stoke on Trent selling computer components, systems and peripherals mainly via the internet as well as via our counter and inbound phone sales.
Role Overview
Review our new stock lines and ensure correct details and adverts for all new products are produced in detail checking that all products are offered for sale to keep up to date our growing number of product lines.
The ideal candidate will have good to excellent computer skills having had a working knowedge of computer products as well eBay and similar platforms experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check supplied products for accurate adverts make/model/price etc
- Check adverts/listings/prices are correct with updated details as supplied.
- Work with the listings regarding the production of new listings and updating of models.
- Filing documents in paper form as well as electronic files on our internal systems
- To assist in the sale and return of products as required.
- Reply to customer enquires via email & telephone as required.
- To monitor & correct previous listing and order errors
- To carry out ad-hoc duties as requested by the Office Manager.
Person Specification:
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experienced user of the MS Office Package, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to see problems quickly and react.
- Adaptable and flexible nature with a hands on approach
- Understanding and an ability to see different points of view
